Finalists of the 21st Memar Award in the Residential — Individual Dwellings category. From the 70 semi-finalist projects of the 21st Memar Award, the following six single-family houses were selected by the jury as finalists in the Individual Dwellings group, beyond the four medallists and the honoured project.
House Number 75 — A residential project in Karaj that was selected as a finalist in the Individual Dwellings category of the 21st Memar Award (2021).Narbon Villa — Narbon Villa is located in Chatrud, Kerman. It was designed by Gera studio, Hossein Namazi.Sha`bani House — Sha'bani House is located in Dezful, Khuzestan province, Iran. It was designed by Mohsen Samiei, Mohammad Hassan Savari.The Field House — A residential complex in Lavasan with two independent units plus a caretaker suite. The design creates a 3D puzzle-like composition where units interweave while maintaining independent entrances and functions. Built area 1,200 sqm on 800 sqm land.Villa Mayan — Villa Mayan is located in Mayan Village, Mashhad, Iran. It was designed by Architect Afshin Khosravian.
