Niayesh Office Building, Tehran
A 9-story building with 6 upper floors above the ground floor, each containing 2 office units (12 total), designed as open-plan offices. Located at the corner of a high-traffic intersection of Niayesh Highway and Farhang Boulevard in Sa'adat Abad, on an almost triangular lot. The design sought to avoid representing the lot's irregular shape. The facade line concept emerged like capturing a fast-moving object, leaving only stretched and sometimes undulating lines. Edges with soft movement connect the main facade surfaces, erasing the boundary between north, east, and south facades. Area: 476 m².
Dasht-e-Nour Gym, Mazandaran

The client requested a building with two separate fitness halls for men and women that would be both harmonious with the overall villa complex and have a distinctive, iconic volume. The design features a landscape where the building moves from the ground and gently rises toward the sky. The structural slope from start to end was divided based on interior space heights and the roof slope movement. The surrounding landscaping and green space are designed so there is no boundary between outside and inside. Metal structure with truss cantilever system. Area: 745 m².
