The Asbe Sephid (White Horse) Sport Complex, also known as ALIS, designed by Esmaeel Taleei and his team at Architectural & City Planning Taleei Co., won third place at the 3rd Memar Award (2003). Located on Damavand Street in the Tehran Pars district, this striking sports facility features a distinctive teal-colored curving metal facade that sets it apart from its urban surroundings.

The jury noted that despite its unconventional exterior, the complex offers a creative and playful architectural solution for combining multiple sports programs within a single structure. The organic, flowing forms of the facade — reminiscent of ocean waves — wrap around a dense programmatic core that includes swimming pools, sports halls, and fitness facilities across 2,589 square meters of total built area on a 980-square-meter site.

The design team, including Arezu Eyvazian Zadeh, Yasaman Kaveh, and Farnaz Naeeni with associates Mina Bagher Abadi and Hasti Rastkar, developed the project from October 2000 to completion in October 2003 for client Mostafa Hoseini Shokraee & Associates. The interior spaces feature warm wood paneling, flowing curved walls, and theatrical stepped seating areas that continue the exterior's dynamic formal language inside.
