Shared winner of the 2nd Place at the 4th Grand Memar Award (2004), Bemanian Villa in Isfahan was designed by Baharak Keshani with a total area of 2,400 square meters. The jury commended the project for its sensitivity to the traditional garden-house (bagh-khaneh) concept within a modern architectural vocabulary. The villa features a central courtyard with a reflecting pool framed by colonnaded walkways, creating a dialogue between the traditional Chaharbagh garden typology and contemporary spatial organization. The design integrates indoor and outdoor spaces through carefully modulated thresholds, achieving a harmonious balance between heritage and modernity.
