According to Omar Khalidi, the Islamic Center of Northridge (Masjid Granada Hills) was constructed from 1992-1993, making it one of the oldest mosques in the San Fernando Valley. It is a sprawling stucco-sided structure with overhanging eaves of red Spanish tiles. There is no dome or minaret.
