Mian Residential Building

The Mian Residential Building is a nine-unit apartment building on Kalantari Highway in Mashhad, designed by Mohammad Ebrahimzadeh of Pi Architects and completed in 2024. With a total built area of 3,400 square meters on a 510-square-meter site, the building departs from conventional housing patterns by offering five distinct plan types, each with its own spatial quality. The staggered terraces and green balconies create a distinctive urban presence along one of Mashhad's principal thoroughfares. The project won Second Place in the Apartment Buildings category at the 25th Memar Award in 2025.
