Designed by Hossein Nasseri on a plot of approximately 400 square meters in Tehran, this office building started on a triangular plan and expanded on the second floor. The overall form adheres to post-modern architectural principles with emphasis on symmetry and order. The building has a reinforced concrete structure with 8 residential and office units, a ground-floor commercial space, and upper floors for offices and residences.
