Parviz Kalantari House

Parviz Kalantari, the architect's elder brother, in the last years of the 30s owned a plot of land of 500 square metres in the north of Tehran, and entrusted the design and construction of a house on it to his brother. The owner was at that time a government employee and faced a limited budget for building, so his request to the architect was to build an independent dwelling taking this limit into account.
