Pedri Guesthouse

A guesthouse located in Khansar, Isfahan Province, designed by Zav Design & Build (Parsa Ardam, Mohammadreza Ghodusi, and their team). The jury praised the architects' artistry in arranging very ordinary and even small and humble spaces within a completely ordinary context, using the most ordinary and inexpensive materials, and offering a solution for modernizing the architecture of old urban fabrics in small cities. The building materials, both in the facade and interior, are entirely uniform, and the design approach is consistent with the materials. Winner of the 11th Memar Award, Third Place in Public Buildings category.
