Se-Bear Art Residency

Se-Bear Art Residency in Isfahan won third place in the Renovation category at the 20th Memar Award (2020). Designed by Mohsen Khazdooz, Adib Iravani, and Hosein Panjepour, this 180-square-meter art residency was created within a 120-square-meter footprint. The project transforms an existing structure into a creative space for artists, demonstrating innovative spatial solutions within Isfahan's historic urban context.
