The Zarafshan Cultural-Sport Complex in Shahrak-e Ghods, western Tehran, is a functional conversion of a 650-square-meter residential unit into a cultural-sport facility designed by Esmaeil Talaei. The complex includes a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi distributed across multiple split-levels. The design emphasizes vertical light transfer through transparent floors and walls, with an oval glass pool at the entrance. The exterior renovation reflects the transformation from residential to sports use.
