Reza Moqtader

Biographie

Iranian architect born in 1931 in Tehran. Graduated from Ecole Speciale d'Architecture in Paris in 1956. Founded Moqtader-Arkitekt in 1960 and MODAM consultants in 1967. His major works include the Faculty of Theology at Tehran University, Ariana Cinema in Shiraz, Caravansarai Hotel in Abadan, International Hotel in Tabriz, and the Shiraz University Campus master plan including dormitories, sports complex, Agricultural Faculty, and Medical Sciences Faculty Library. He also designed the Tabriz master plan in collaboration with AT.A.A consulting engineers and the Technique Atome institution in France. He received the Maillart Diploma and has been active in the International Union of Architects (UIA).
