Semifinalists: Apartment Buildings — 17th Memar Award
Sixteen projects reached the semifinalist stage in the Apartment Buildings category of the 17th Memar Award (1396 / 2017) — works that did not advance to the finalist round but were judged by the jury as deserving public mention as among the year's most substantive apartment-block projects in Iran. The sixteen span Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz, Karaj, Kerman, Hamedan, Qom, Amol and other regional centres, and include both new construction and substantial residential renovations.
