Semifinalists: Public Buildings — 17th Memar Award
Eight projects reached the semifinalist stage in the Public Buildings category of the 17th Memar Award (1396 / 2017) — works that did not advance to the finalist round but were judged by the jury as deserving public mention as among the year's most substantive public-architecture projects. They span Isfahan, Tehran, Pardis, the Karaj-Qazvin highway, and Bushehr, and include experimental pavilions, mountain shelters, commercial-office complexes, an industrial building, a botanical garden-museum, and a coastal tourism-village master plan. The byline and image grid below are reproduced from the original 17th Memar Award supplement (Memar 106, Mehr–Aban 1396).
