Ab Varzan Office Building

Ab Varzan Office Building in Tehran, designed by Mohammadreza Ghodousi and Parsa Ardam of Zav Design & Build, is a contemporary office building. The facade design, combining materials and geometric forms, creates a professional and modern identity for the Ab Varzan industrial group. Interior spaces are organized with emphasis on natural lighting and spatial efficiency. The project won 2nd place in the Public Buildings category at the 14th Memar Award (2014).
