Apartment No. 17 is a 275-square-meter interior renovation in the Pasdaran neighborhood of Tehran, designed by Zeta Design Consultant (Reza Najafian and Reza Mafakher). The project employs a consistent 45-degree angular geometry throughout all design elements — from walls and lighting to cabinetry and seating platforms. Gisue Hariri praised the project for maintaining its design strategy across all components, noting it has both innovative and familiar elements but succeeds as a unified whole. Mojgan Hariri observed that it is the only project among the competition entries exhibiting complete interior unity. Nader Tehrani drew parallels to Frank Lloyd Wright and I. M. Pei's work with 45-degree angles, commending the designers' commitment to this geometry while questioning whether such all-encompassing architecture allows for personal inhabitation. Hadi Tehrani added that the furniture design was particularly well executed.
