Cliff House

This simple project on the Atlantic coast of Nova Scotia brings the experience of "dwelling" in a natural setting to its height. Two pure and unadorned boxes were designed for this site: the ground house, set back from the edge, and the cliff house, precariously suspended above the bedrock cliff, which creates a kind of sense of vertigo.
