Coffeeshop Son

Coffeeshop Son (also known as Coffeeshop 7), winner of Third Place in Renovation at the 12th Memar Award (2012), is located in Qazvin. Designed by Taha Hossein Tabakhha and Sara Salimisabet, the tiny 30 m² space was transformed for client Kiarash Askari. The project earned 5 jury points. Despite its minimal footprint, the design creates a surprisingly rich spatial experience through careful material selection and spatial manipulation, proving that meaningful architecture can emerge even within the tightest constraints.
