Deno Building No. 7

This building was designed and built within the framework of the Deno company's investment projects, on a very suitable plot in the Gheytarieh area, on Soheil Street. The east and south of the site adjoin local access roads, which in the architect's view is the best shape of site for designing a building. "In this project we ourselves were the client, and we drew up the whole programme of the project according to our own views; the facade is cement brick, and the slope of the site is also well suited to the placement of the parking and its access. One duplex unit and all the other units were designed with suitable, affordable floor areas."
