Dove Residential

A villa in Lavasan designed by Fatourechiani Architecture Office (Majid and Hamid Fatourechiani). Built on a 1,200 square meter site with 1,700 square meters of built area. The building is divided into residential and public sections, with a 16-meter pre-stressed frame creating a hall with maximum views and natural light. Honoured at the 17th Memar Award (2017) in the Individual Dwellings category.
