Embassy of Iran in Tirana, Albania was designed by Tajeer Consultants, Ali Akbar Saremi, Javad Bonakdar. It has been conceived as a Persian pavilion set within a garden.

Shortlisted at the 3rd Memar Award (2003), the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tirana was designed by Tajeer Consulting Engineers. The design concept evolves through three formal operations — horizontal surface, vertical surface, and functional volume — creating a modernist composition of interlocking concrete planes and enclosed spaces. The building's exposed concrete aesthetic, with horizontal louvers and generous glazing, creates a transparent yet secure diplomatic facility that engages with its Mediterranean setting in Tirana, Albania.
