Farei Haft Residential Building

Farei Haft Residential Building won third place (the only placement awarded) in the Apartment Buildings category at the 24th Memar Award (2024). Located in Mehrshahr, Karaj. The design created a split-level courtyard by slicing the form and doubling the gap. On the first floor, the courtyard splits the elongated plan into two sequences—one for public spaces, one for private. The second tier of the central courtyard becomes a duplex for the private quarters.
