Ganj-e-Danesh Residential Complex

Ganj-e-Danesh Residential Complex in Tehran, designed by Ramin Mehdizadeh, received second place in the Apartment Buildings category at the 6th Memar Award (2006). The jury praised this project for its innovative approach to apartment building design. Negar Hakim noted the architect's ability to bring fresh compositional ideas to a challenging building typology, creating a unified yet varied facade treatment. The material analysis diagrams presented by the architect demonstrated careful attention to color, texture, and proportional relationships in the building's exterior cladding. The interior spaces show considered planning with attention to natural light penetration.
