This building was the second one built for the Ildorum brothers. The first building was on Golestan Street, and the second was designed for the other brother in the Darrous neighbourhood; its construction was completed in 1349, and unfortunately both have been demolished. "For this building I had used large windows, which were very modern at that time. It had a great deal of daylight, which was controlled by a canopy 2 metres wide. These windows, made of iron profiles, were also made at Henri's blacksmith workshop next to Hosseiniyeh Ershad, which was the best in Tehran in those days."
