Kamran Residential Building

Kamran Residential Building is a 10-story, 10-unit residential building in the heart of the Fereshteh construction market in Tehran, designed by ARAD Office. The project won third place at the 21st Memar Award (2021) in the Apartment Buildings category. By expertly exploiting gaps in zoning regulations, the project achieves varied massing across floors on three facades, creating diverse spatial experiences and breaking from the typical repetitive apartment typology.
