Katouzian House in Lavasan was a finalist in the Individual Dwellings category at the 20th Memar Award (2020). The 800-square-meter house on a 695-square-meter site was designed with two main challenges: the irregular geometry of the plot and the client's extensive program requirements. The design creates diverse framing of northern and southern views through strategic volume manipulation.
