Kerman Khodro Office Center

The Kerman Khodro Office Center, designed by Vida Farokhnezhad and Babak Naderi Azad, was shortlisted at the 3rd Memar Award (2003). This corporate headquarters features a bold glass curtain wall facade that creates a contemporary, transparent office environment. The building's composition plays with volumes — a solid base anchors the structure while the upper floors open up with full-height glazing that creates dramatic reflections and visual transparency.

A distinctive feature is the recessed entrance void carved into the glass facade, creating a covered arrival space framed by the building's structural grid. The axonometric diagram reveals a compact, interlocking massing strategy that maximizes floor area while creating spatial interest through setbacks and projections. The building represents a confident modernist approach to corporate architecture in Iran.
