Kouhsar Villa

Kouhsar Villa, joint winner of Second Place in Residential Buildings at the 12th Memar Award (2012), is located in Baghshahr Arin, Kordan. Designed by Alireza Taghaboni of Nextoffice, the villa sits on a generous 5,000 m² plot with a built area of 1,118 m². The design earned 8 jury points, tying with Firouzmandan House. The project demonstrates a sophisticated dialogue between landscape and architecture, with the built form emerging from and responding to the natural topography of the site.
