It is among the most valuable surviving houses of the late Zand–Qajar period, in the Ahr neighbourhood. This building was built around 1200 AH by order of Haj Agha Ali, titled Aqa-ye Motlaq, governor of south-eastern Fars and Larestan in the time of Karim Khan Zand, for his son Mirza Hasan-Ali.
