Morshedzadeh House by Amirhossein Taheri, while not particularly attractive in terms of volume, contains beautiful and diverse interior spaces. The building appears to have been designed from the inside out. The designer's attention to climatic issues (air circulation within the building) and innovation within the constraining frameworks of building regulations are valuable. Built on five different levels, the project is complex and attractive in spatial organization.

Critic Kamran Afshar Naderi praised the building's interior-driven design approach, noting it as an example of architecture that prioritizes spatial experience over external appearance. The five-level organization creates complexity that rewards exploration, and the climate-conscious design demonstrates that regulations can be a catalyst rather than an obstacle to innovation. Selected as a Jury Selection at the 2nd Grand Memar Award (2002).
