Winner of the 4th Place at the 4th Grand Memar Award (2004), Ranjbar House in Tehran was designed by Amin Tadj. The jury noted the project for its restrained elegance and effective use of natural light, particularly through a central skylight that illuminates the upper living spaces. The building features a stone and brick facade with carefully proportioned windows, and the interior spatial organization maximizes the quality of living within the typical constraints of a Tehran urban lot.
