The Saeed Abad House in the village of Saeed Abad near Isfahan is a minimalist white residence designed by Maryam Babaee. The house features clean geometric volumes, large glazed openings that frame views of mature trees, and a restrained material palette of white plaster and glass. The design creates an intimate dialogue between interior and exterior, with natural light playing a central role in the spatial experience.
Selected as a jury selection at the 8th Memar Award (2008), the project stands out for its refined simplicity and sensitivity to its village setting. The site covers 430 square meters with a built area of 160 square meters, demonstrating how modest scale can produce architecturally significant work.
