Sarv Residential Building

Located in Qeytarieh, Tehran, the Sarv Residential Building with 1500 sqm built area on a 360 sqm site addresses two critical challenges: its proximity to neighboring buildings and optimizing natural light. Designed by Seyyed Yousef Razavi, the project features split-level floor plans that create visual and spatial connections between interior spaces. Second Place in Apartment Buildings at the 19th Memar Award.
