A residential complex on a sharply sloped site in Tehran, designed by Hossein Sheykh Zeineddin through Bossard Consulting Engineers. The spatial structure responds to the dramatic terrain, with interior spaces arranged to facilitate descending movement from upper to lower levels while the exterior volumes ascend swiftly from yard to street level. A distinctive outdoor stairway passes through the building and open space toward the lowest border of the site. The program includes one house, three apartment units, an office, and common facilities.
