Showan Residential in Kamranieh, Tehran was a finalist in the Renovation category at the 20th Memar Award (2020). Located on the sixth floor of a classic building, the 200-square-meter unit with a 400-square-meter terrace was renovated using the concept of a horizontal datum line that divides the space into a functional lower zone and a flexible, playful upper zone.
