Multi-block trade center designed by Mehdi Alizadeh on the north side of Chamran Highway in Tehran. The complex consists of four blocks: Export Promotion Center (EPC1), Export Guarantee Fund (EGFI), Ministry of Commerce HQ (MC-HQ), and Bank and Insurance House (BH-IH), totaling over 74,000 square meters across 9 to 21 floors.
