White Reconstruction

White Reconstruction on Vozara Street in Tehran was designed by Olgoo Office under the direction of Mehran Khoshroo. This renovation project employs a minimalist approach, using white as a unifying element to transform existing space into a bright and modern environment. The designer achieved maximum qualitative spatial transformation through minimal physical intervention, demonstrating that thoughtful renovation can fundamentally alter the experience of a space without extensive structural changes. White Reconstruction won Third Place in the Renovation category at the 22nd Memar Award (2022) with 5 points, judged by the panel of Mehdi Alizadeh, Cyrus Bavar, Majid Ghamami, Ehsan Hosseini, and Armand Dror.
