Iranian engineer. Partner and director at the office of Abdolaziz Farmanfarmaian and Associates. Together with the American urban planner Cantini (from Victor Gruen's office), he established the organization for the preparation of the Tehran Comprehensive Master Plan under Farmanfarmaian's direction.
