Japanese architect and co-founder of SANAA with Ryue Nishizawa. Known for ethereal, transparent buildings. Notable works include the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art in Kanazawa, the New Museum in New York, and the Rolex Learning Center in Lausanne.
