Biography

Japanese architect who influenced a generation of architects worldwide. A leader of the Metabolist movement. Known for the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, Yoyogi National Gymnasium for the 1964 Olympics, and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.
