Aaban Kitchen

Aaban Kitchen is a community kitchen in Tehran''s Rey district, designed by Majid Zamani, Mohaddeseh Younessi, and Ali Ghoroghi. This 90-square-meter project was created for the social empowerment of women in a deprived neighborhood. The jury praised the project for its simplicity and strong minimalist character, noting that despite its small scale, it presents an engaging scenario of architecture serving social transformation.
