This building was built in 1390 for Mr. Alaghband on Safa Esfahani Street in Mahmoudieh. The project's builder was Engineer Tajeddin, and the building was carried out to a very high quality. The building comprises units for members of the family, and the plans follow the pattern of a complete separation of the inner (andaruni) and outer (biruni) quarters. On the top floor, which is a penthouse, a skylight has also been used. The project's site is a parallelogram, which on the face of it may lack a desirable geometry for an architect, but for Faramarz Sharifi it was a positive point for taking on the project's architectural challenge.
