This building was designed and built in 1346 for a client who was one of the officials working at the Oil Company. "The design of its exterior facade was very modern; in it the roof sat on steel beams, and channel profiles with plate welded onto them had been used... In this building all the facade stone was supplied by Ghaffar Davarpanah, who later also supplied the stone for the Azadi Tower building; for the cladding of the facade walls, Zanjan wind-cut stone was chosen, which I had seen in a building by Engineer Marjan." Among the other strong points of this building are the design and placement of the pool in the courtyard in keeping with the architecture of the building, all of which had been shaped in coherence and connection with one another.
