Bardsir Refugees Shelter

Bardsir Refugees Shelter won third place in the Individual Dwellings category at the 18th Memar Award (2018). Located ten kilometers from Bardsir on the Bidkhan road in Kerman Province, this shelter was commissioned by the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and built with the help of four Afghan workers residing in the camp. The project demonstrates a humanitarian approach to architecture, providing dignified shelter for refugee communities.
