Bi-Naam Shop (No Name Shop), winner of Second Place in Public Buildings at the 12th Memar Award (2012), is located on Bazaar Street, Molla Sadra Alley, Najafabad. Designed by Ali Dehghani, Ali Soltani, and Atefeh Karbasi, the shop occupies a 342 m² plot with a total built area of 794 m², designed for client Jafar Hamidi. The project earned 9 jury points. The architects divided the elongated site along the north-south axis into four half-levels, sinking most of the volume underground due to height restrictions. Gentle, low-slope stairs encourage movement between levels, while colored lines in a monochrome setting and a deep view from the entrance to all floors create visual continuity. The transparent facade creates a dialogue with a historic house across the street, also owned by the client.
