Building No. 11 in Tehran is a residential apartment building designed by Saeed Mirmohamad Sadeghi and Ladan Zarei. The building features a refined stone and plaster facade with carefully proportioned openings and subtle material transitions between floors. The interior design emphasizes craftsmanship through custom woodwork, backlit translucent panels, and stone cladding at the ground level that creates a distinctive street presence.
Selected as a jury selection at the 8th Memar Award (2008), the project demonstrates thoughtful residential design within Tehran's urban fabric. The site area is 160 square meters with a total built area of 500 square meters.
