Daneshjoo Light Railway Station

Hashemieh and Daneshjoo Stations on the Mashhad Light Rail Transit line, designed by Behrooz Pakdaman of Mehrazan Consulting Architects and Planners. Both stations were recognized as Jury Selections at the 5th Grand Memar Award (2005). The stations feature steel structures with tilted columns and modular canopies. The design team included Ali Vojdani, Rezvan Ashraf, Rashin Nafeesi, Farhad Farimanpoor, Shahrzad Tavakolian, Kayvan Motin, Javaher Shiri, Noushin Zoghadi, and Ali Pirooz. Design began in 2001 and construction was completed in 2004. Main contractors were Jeki Toos, Beton Soleh, and Armsa Karan (steel work).
