A residential project in Lar, Fars Province, designed by Mohammad Foroutan. The house addresses the challenge of creating comfortable living spaces in the extreme heat of southern Iran, using a combination of traditional passive cooling strategies and contemporary spatial organization. The building's response to its harsh climatic context, with carefully positioned openings and shaded courtyards, earned it joint Second Place in Residential Buildings at the 12th Memar Award (2012), tying with Kouhsar Villa.
