Golestan Residential Building, Pasdaran, Tehran

A residential building at the end of Golestan Sixth in Pasdaran, Tehran, constrained by a twenty-metre height limit. The building has five floors above grade and four below; the courtyard is depressed one storey to create a semi-enclosed protected space for children and residents, with terraces stepped to avoid mutual overlook.
