Hoone Cultural Complex won joint 1st place in Renovation at the 22nd Memar Award with 7 points. Located in Sadat neighborhood, Gachsaran. 155 sqm. The project preserves the old facade as a neighborhood landmark while creating a portico along the square for circulation and airflow, planting dried trees with bougainvillea.
